Shabu-Shabu -3,000 JPY per person-
Shabu-shabu is a traditional Japanese hot-pot dish, which contains thinly-sliced beef or pork and a variety of vegetables. The vegetables and meat are cooked in a water like broth with a mild taste, which is why Shabu-Shabu is served with two delicious dipping sauces to add flavour: goma (sesame seed) or ponzu (vinegar and citrus juices). Watch your meat cook almost instantly as you dip it into the boiling water. Vegetable, however, will take a little longer.

Ishikari Hot-Pot (Salmon and Miso) -3,000 JPY per person-
Ishikari Hot-pot is a traditional local dish of Hokkaiddo, though it is loved by people all across Japan. The Miso and rich salmon oil mixture creates a delectable combination which is a must try for all visitors to Hokkaido!

Sukiyaki -3,000 JPY per person-
Sukiyaki is one of the most famous Japanese hot-pot dishes, famous and loved by people all around the world! Sukiyaki is similar to Shabu-Shabu in that it contains thinly sliced beef and many vegetables including a variety of mushrooms. Unlike Shabu-Shabu, Sukiyaki is cooked using a soy sauce and sugar based broth adding flavour to the meat and vegetables as they are boiling.

BBQ -2,500 3,000 JPY per person-
Over a charcoal fire, grill delicious meat:- beef, herbed pork, marinated lamb, prawn and chicken skewers; together with fresh vegetables including onions, eggplants, potatoes and pumpkins. Dessert is served after your meal!!
Vegetarian menu available upon request (December to mid-April only).

Italian spicy tomato sauce with fresh prawn, served with spaghetti.

Local herb-fed pork sautéed in original soy sauce. Served with your choice of rice or bread, and a sherbet.
