*Please note, the closest way to get here is via Bifue-Touge. Satellite navigation systems will automatically direct you to the freeway, however to avoid this, it is necessary to put the word 'route 16, 276, or 66', which shows you to take the Bifue-Touge route .

Sapporo - Niseko approx. 107 km via Nakayama-touge

Take Rute 230 from Sapporo. You will pass Jozanke, and Nakayama Touge to Kimobetsu town. From Kimobetsu, make a right turn on route 276 to Kuchan

Otaru - Niseko approx. 89 km

Take route 5 from Sapporo to Otaru,Yoichi, and Kuchan to Niseko.

akodate - Niseko approx. 184 km

Take a left turn near the Niseko View Plaza on the Hokuren gas station to Niseko.

Asahikawa - Niseko approx. 262 km

At Asahikawa North interchang, or Takanosu interchang, take the Doou Jidoushadou(motorway) to Sapporo.

Furano - Niseko approx. 265 km

Take route 38 from Furano to Takikawa. At Takikawa inter-change take the Doou Jidoushadou (motorway).

While there are many bus companies serving between Niseko and Shin-Chitose Airport, as well as between Sapporo and Niseko during winter (Dec 1 - mid May), there are limited bus transfers during the summertime (mid May - Nov 31). The bus companies that run between Niseko and Shin-Chintose Airport are Chuo Bus, Donan Bus, White Liner, Resort Liner and Good Sports- to name a few. The bus ride is approximately 3 hours with one 10 minute stop for refreshments. It is the most convenient means of transportation during wintertime.
When your bus arrives in the Niseko area, get off at Higashiyama Prince Hotel, New Wing. We will be there to pick you up. Be sure to let us know your arrival time so that we can be there on time.
As services are very limited over the summer period, please contact us to ensure there is a bus that meets your needs.

Shin-Chitose Airport is Hokkaido's principal airport and is one of the biggest airports in Japan. It is located one hour by car from downtown Sapporo, and is also accessible by public transport. Both international and domestic airlines such as ANA, JAL, Sky, AIR DO are currently serving Shin-Chitose Airport.

Hokkaido is well-connected to the mainland of Japan by ferries. You can get to Hakkodate or Tomakomai by ferry and take public transportation from there to Niseko. Alternatively, take your car and drive up to Niseko. Crossing the Japanese ocean by ferry is a great way to travel the country.
